Before placing an order, review the product listing, the option you have selected and the total shown in your basket and at checkout.

If you have a question about delivery to your address, please contact us before ordering.

When your order arrives

• Check that the product name and option on the label match your order.
• Note the batch reference on the label so you can find the matching documentation in the COA library.
• Store the material according to its label and product documentation. See the storage guide.

If something is wrong

If an item is missing, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us with your order number, the product name and its batch reference. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.
